Please remove annoying ad banner

    Hi, I really like this plugin, but suddenly there is a banner ad at the top of ALL my WordPress screens (not just the E-mailit screens) advertising: “E-MAILiT’s innovative Advertising Program”.

    …and I can’t find any way to get rid of it.

    Look, I wouldn’t mind having this appear if there were an X button to close it (and it shouldn’t reappear after that). Or if you wanted it to appear all the time on the E-mailit configuration screen, I wouldn’t mind that either.

    But on EVERY SCREEN, even the editing screens? That’s too much. Please fix it.
