I observed there are many repeated topics created in support forum.
Here are answers of some frequently asked questions.

Error occurred while retrieving the Facebook feed ?,
FB Like box doesn’t display ?,
Not working on My facebook Page

The URL or ID you are using is Page URL not Personal Account URL.
Because Facebook only allows Page Feeds.
The Page is published.

Here are some easy steps to Publish a Page:

• Click Settings at the top of your Page.
• From General, click Page Visibility.
• Click to check the box next to Unpublish Page
• Click Save Changes.

If you are using App ID option has valid App ID.
App ID option is optional try leaving blank that field.

If Age restrictions or Country restrictions is set.
Here are some easy steps to Change Privacy Settings:

• Click Settings at the top of your Page.
• From General, click Country restrictions/Age restrictions .
• Remove visibility settings.
• Click Save Changes.
