Please READ THIS Before Posting…
-
Thank you for posting in the NextGEN Gallery support forum! Please read this post and follow these guidelines before opening a new topic or adding to an existing topic:
- Download and install the most recent version of NextGEN Gallery from the plugin page and check if your problem still exists. Be sure to clear your browser cache after install.
- Search the forums for similar threads and see if any of the proposed solutions work for you.
- Check our support documentation, many answers are found here: https://www.imagely.com/docs/nextgen-gallery/
If you do not find an answer from the above steps and the issue persists, many issues are related to a plugin/theme conflict – especially the ‘was working – stopped working’ kind. Please deactivate ALL plugins. Please also temporarily switch your theme to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twelve. Now, reactivate NextGEN Gallery only. If this turns out OK and the error does not occur, switch back your theme. If there is still no error than that’s a good sign – no theme conflict! ?? Reactivate each of your other plugins until the error comes back and let us know which one is the culprit.
Any plugin/theme conflicts, please report them directly to us here: https://www.imagely.com/report-bug/
If you decide to open a new topic, it would be greatly appreciated if you could use this template:

– Do you have a caching plugin installed? If so, please purge/delete all site cache and deactivate the plugin. Clear your browser cache and reload the page with the issue. Is it still there?
– Try disabling all browser extensions/plugins and clear browser cache and reload, does that help?(please confirm the following, with your server host tech) :
– MySQL up to date (at least 5.6+)?
– PHP up to date (at least 5.6+)?
– The mod_rewrite Apache module activated?
– PHP Safe Mode OFF?Additional information that will help us find a solution:

– Have you tried checking for a plugin/theme conflict as outlined above^ ?
– Does the issue occur in all browsers IE/Firefox/Chrome/Safari ?Please provide as much detail as possible and steps to reproduce the issue you’re seeing. Screenshots are very helpful and a link to the page on your site where the issue is shown.
