It’s not tracking views

If you don’t see any views show up, log out of your site and visit (or visit in a private browser window). Independent Analytics does not track logged-in visitors by default, but this can be changed via the Settings page.

If you still do not see views, try clearing your site’s cache and visiting your site once more.

Can I use it with Google Analytics?

Yes, you can use Independent Analytics on your site at the same time as Google Analytics without issue.

Will it slow down my site?

No, Independent Analytics will not slow down your site. Unlike other analytics programs that load a large script from an external domain, it inlines a very small script into your pages and that’s it.

How to post a thread here

If you have an issue that can’t be resolved with any of the above resources, please check if there is an existing thread first.
