Please read this before posting

There are some general guidelines that will help you receive fast and efficient help.

Since I am able to work on the free version of Tag Groups only in my free time, it is unavoidable that I often cannot reply immediately. Particularly in the case of feature requests I usually can add them only to a list and then review them later.

I am continuously updating the documentation so that the information is able to answer most common questions. There is even a dedicated section about FAQs and Troubleshooting.

Per WordPress rules, this forum can only be used for questions about the free plugin. For everything regarding the premium version, please proceed here.

If you need help

Please help me minimize the time required to answer your questions by doing some checks already before you report an issue:

• Make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin.
• Try if disabling other plugins or switching to a default theme solves the problem, so that we know if there is a conflict between plugins.
• If a tag cloud doesn’t yield the desired result, post also the shortcode that you used, including all parameters, and format it as “code” (there are buttons for that in the editor).

I would love to provide more language versions but I cannot do it without your help. If you speak another language and can spare some minutes, you could help translate some words.
