Read our documentation
- Check if the same issue has been solved in another ticket using the “search this forum” area;
- Use the most updated versions of the Complianz plugin and possibly WordPress and other plugins involved;
- Edit the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true in your WordPress folder (it can give you specific insights regarding the issue).
- Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
- If you have a caching plugin, please purge the cache.
- Describe the issue accurately, provide more details as you can for example exact steps to reproduce the issue;
- Always add the page/site URL you need help with, in this way, we can check your specific configuration and give guidance;

- For issues related to specific browsers or devices please share info regarding the device, operating system and version of your browser so we can reproduce the issue properly;
