    ??If you are having trouble with using our plugin, please follow the steps below. This is to ease the support process for our users, so we can narrow down the cause of issues without repeatedly asking the same question again.?

    First, please try checking our documentation here.
    Check if any common questions or issues can be fixed using the solutions there.??

    Second, if the documentations doesn’t help.
    Please create a topic with the following format :?

    Explain in detail what issues happened on your side, then provide informations below to help us further investigate the cause of issues.?

    1. Which version of WordPress do you use??
    2. Which version of Gutenverse do you use??
    3. Which theme do you use and which version is it??
    4. Do you install/activate Gutenberg plugin? If yes, which version is it? and if you deactivated it, does the issue still persist?
    5. Is there other plugin activated alongside Gutenverse? If yes, please try deactivate it one by one and see if one of it caused a conflict. And please let us know if there is a plugin that conflicted with ours.
    6. Does the issue happened after you updated our plugin? If yes, which version do you use previously before the update?
    7. Do you have a live site that we could check? Please provide your site’s link if your issue is related to the site’s frontend layouts.
    8. Could you send us screenshots or video regarding the issues? sometimes texts could be misinterpreted, that’s why screenshots or video explaining how and where the issues happening would be really helpful. You can use public sharing image/video sites?? to upload it and share the link in the support topic.
