    Thank you for using Prime Move plugin and for reporting any possible issue !

    To speed up any resolution of potential bugs and issues, we recommend the following workflow.

    • Create a topic describing the bug specific error, steps to reproduce and other details. The more details, the more helpful in identifying the issue.
    • If you think the bug is related to export and restoration process, it is important to attached a migration debug log to the issue. Please read this post on how to submit migration logs to us. Migration logs provides a lot of clues during the migration process, having this info will be very useful.
    • Finally, report any logs to us via our contact page (make sure you follow the debug submission procedure here
