Hello,

Welcome to this forum, and thanks for using the Customizr theme.

If you’re having trouble getting things working, please follow those steps before you post :

1. Use the latest software versions : make sure the theme and WordPress are up to date.
2. Documentation : read our documentation and check our troubleshooting tips.
3. Cache plugin : if you are using a server cache or cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
4. Browser : clear your browser’s cache / history
5. Deactivate your child theme if you are using one.
6. Check for plugin conflict : deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.

When you do post :

1. Please make sure to share your site URL when possible, so that we can see the issue and run some tests on your site.
2. Include your system infos when creating your post. You’ll find them under Dashboard > Themes > About Customizr

Our user’s feedbacks are very important for us, this is how we constantly improve the theme. So don’t be shy :), and post any new feature request that you may find interesting for your usage of the Customizr theme.
