We’d love to help you resolve any issues you run into using WP Simple Pay as quickly as possible. Here are a few things we’d like you to review before posting a new thread.
- We do not monitor this forum on a daily basis. It may take as long as 7-10 days to get a reply here in this forum. If you’re looking for faster support via email, then we encourage you to purchase a license for WP Simple Pay Pro.
- Make sure you’ve updated to the most current version of the plugin.
- Review the plugin system requirements.
- Test for theme and plugin conflicts.
- Check for caching issues.
Does your issue still exist? Feel free to start a new thread, but please include the following:
- As much detail as possible. The more the better.
- Take screenshots and link to them using a screen sharing service such as Dropbox, Cloudup, or Screencast.
- Include your system report from Simple Pay > System Report.
- Did your issue happen upon a fresh install of the plugin or an upgrade from a previous version (and which one)?
Keep in mind we mark all issues as resolved after 1 month to keep things organized.
