    We’d love to help you resolve any issues you run into using WP Simple Pay as quickly as possible. Here are a few things we’d like you to review before posting a new thread.

    Does your issue still exist? Feel free to start a new thread, but please include the following:

    • As much detail as possible. The more the better.
    • Take screenshots and link to them using a screen sharing service such as Dropbox, Cloudup, or Screencast.
    • Include your system report from Simple Pay > System Report.
    • Did your issue happen upon a fresh install of the plugin or an upgrade from a previous version (and which one)?

    Keep in mind we mark all issues as resolved after 1 month to keep things organized.
