    Hi (future) user of WooCommerce Upload My File FREE,

    Before posting on the forum please read below for more information about the plugin and how we answer questions. It helps us to answer questions as fast as possible.

    2. We’re not allowed to give PRO support on the WordPress forums. If you’ve purchased WooCommerce Upload My File PRO, please contact us by email, Facebook or Twitter. From now, all support questions related to the PRO plugin on the WP forums will be marked as “not a support question” and will not be answered on the forums.

    3. We try to answer always as soon as possible, but as you’re a FREE user (not a PRO customer – see the difference) we can’t help you within a couple of hours. We check the forums a couple of times a week.

    4. Please always post your version of WordPress, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Upload My File as it helps us to answer the question faster.

    Common issues

    It doesn’t work / File uploads are not shown / How to enable file uploads / etc

    Uploads are only shown if:

    1. The order status matches the required configurated order status in plugin settings. Go to WooCommerce –> Upload My File and select a required order status.
    2. Uploads are enabled for a purchased product. For this go to Products, edit a product and hit the “Enable” checkbox in the “Upload Files” box (normally in the right column).
