    I hear you’re here because you have a question or need help with Caldera Forms. We’re here to help!

    But, as a 5-person part-time team supporting one of the largest free form plugins for WordPress in the world, we need YOUR help in managing how we help you. Please read below to learn how to get help for what you need, and we’ll all be the happier for it.

    2. Still need help? Open a support ticket at https://calderaforms.com/support. PLEASE NOTE: Technical support from our team is part of Caldera Forms Pro. This business model is how we are able to open-source and freely give away the world’s most powerful WordPress form builder while paying a professional team to support and maintain it every day.
    3. Support is out of your budget? It happens, that’s why we try our best to make Caldera Forms as powerful as possible and as free as possible while still high-quality.     You can report a bug at https://github.com/CalderaWP/Caldera-Forms/issues using the “New Issue” button. You can also use this channel to
    – Suggest ideas that would make Caldera Forms even better,
    – Look through past ideas and comment on ones you love and want us to prioritize,
    – Peek at how our team works on improving this plugin every day!

    PLEASE NOTE: if you do not fill out the template completely, your request will be closed without comment. We’re not trying to make your life harder – we need this information to replicate the bug in our testing environments and (hopefully!) solve it.
