    Hi there,
    I’m going to buy your Awesome plugin and I installed the free version to check, but the problem is I couldn’t use it. because the plugin does not appear in some area like “Woocommerce Setting”, “Product Data > Simple Product”, …

    Would you please let me know how to use this plugin? I found the following link but I couldn’t create even one?

    The documentation you linked to is not for our plugin. But our plugin is just as awesome and the free version, once installed, can be found under Products -> Extra Product Option. Please try installing it and see if it fits your needs.

    Hi there,

    I have used your plugin to add a feature to my website so my customers can add their name for the personalised items. It has worked on this page https://www.kionii.com/product/old-english-name/

    However it has also added this on to the checkout section, and asks the customer what name they would like.

    How can I fix this that it only shows on the pages I would like.

    This problem is complex to understand, I leave more than one gif since I have recording limit. (I recommend entering the product page to understand it)

    When you select an attribute of the product but DO NOT add text to the REQUIRED field, it shows you a message that you fill in all the fields, as is obvious, so far so good.
    The problem arises when you suddenly fill in the text field just after doing what I said before, you get the same error again and again, and if you update the page and do it all the first time? That is, you select the attribute and BEFORE adding to the cart, fill in the text field with text, and as it is obvious the page will tell you that it has been added correctly to the cart, but the surprise is when you arrive at the cart, they were added to the cart also the products that showed error
