Please put changelog where supposed to be

HI, I strongly suggest that changelog be where it is supposed to be so that when one wants to assess risk of auto upgrading, one can actually see the changelog first. And/or see the changelog from the wp page.

Right now it seems one has to download it first to read the changelog?
