buddyboss seems to brake with this plugin. I do not know buddyboss so I’m sorry that I cannot help you in this case.

The effort to provide video tutorials is to high for a free open source plugin, I’m sorry. I think the screenshots and the describing text should explain enough

I think its worth your while to figure it out.
I am not the first with this question in your forums.

Having evaluated many themes, BuddyBoss stands among the very best. I’m happy to have you work under contract so you can use my version to sort it out.

You are missing the point about putting clear instructions in English.
You will reach more people since maybe 1.5-2% world population speak German.
Even if 10% of the WP developers population speak German, it would be good education to learn how many developers you are missing because you don’t have a few minutes to post screen shots that make it clear.

In our case, the conflicts make it impossible to tell who is at fault – the plugin developer or the theme.
Given the large volume of documentation and videos by the BuddyBoss Theme developer versus your firm, it seems more likely that your plugin is likely the problem. Simply because I can’t find clear instructions to support your claims otherwise.

Its this lack of enforcement of clear documentation policies that makes it hard to distinguish real code from Phd student projects.
You are simply not reaching the market potential for this innovative plugin.

    Should we setup a contract?

Clearly, this matter is not resolved.
