Please provide opt-out for usage tracking

I started noticing hundreds of errors in my logs about an invalid SSL certificate and I tracked it down to this plugin. I see that you’re trying to send my settings to https://45.32.224.83 and it fails since it has a self-signed certificate. Can you setup a real certificate (even Let’s Encrypt) and also add a setting to disable this? At the very least, this needs to be disclosed more clearly in the settings.
