The site looks good but it seems a bit slow. I think this is because of images and flash elements. You can use super cache plugin for some help!

In “Translator”, rather than giving all maps, I would suggest using a drop down with list of countries or something easy to use.

There is no reference of link “Join the Team” in the header which is currently only placed in footer.
