• Nice plug-in but a big pitty your language setup difference from the by WordPress recomended workflows.
If you manage more then one client/site with the same non standard language then you have to do a lot of quite technical tricks to get your translation copied to the other website.
Please move over to the usage of .po and .mo translation files instead if pointing us to dig in the sql databases witch is not without risk to break your complete site.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback!

At the moment we decided to keep this format, letting Pinpoint users to translate the plugin by their own. There is no need to change the database manually since you can translate the words directly from Pinpoint >Translations page. It is a more user friendly way of translating the plugin.

Also, we already added default translations for French, Spanish and German languages beside the English language is the default language. And we intend to add more in the future.

Indeed, for those who manage more websites and want to have the same translations on multiple places, they will need to move the translations from the database, which seems a little tricky. But in the same time we want to keep it simple for less experienced users who may not now how to deal with .mo and .po files.

    Thank you again!
