Please match the requested format

I’m noticing that there’s something fundamentally wrong with this plugin when you try to add any amount other than a whole number. So if you try to add $1.24 (One dollar and twenty four cents), you’re presented with the error “Please match the requested format”. I’ve even noticed this on the author plugin site. Can someone please fix this or find a fix for it? Other wise the plugin is great!
