I have the HPS turned on and get errors on the plugin. Here is an attached screen shot.

Thanks for letting us know it’s incompatible with “High-Performance order storage.”

To be honest, we’re probably not going to fix this, as we’re not focusing on this plugin.

But if there’s action on it, we’ll comment in this ticket.

And how are we going to use Genesis with WooCommerce if we can’t connect them with this plugin?

Is there another option to do it or do we have to leave Genesis?

We’re going to test this plugin with High Performance Order Storage the week of July 31st.

If it’s compatible, we’ll deploy an update in the next few weeks, declaring compatibility. We don’t have a date for this yet.

That should make the notice ‘This plugin is incompatible’ in wp-admin/plugins.php go away.

When you update this plugin to the latest, do you still see that notice at /wp-admin/plugins.php?

We just deployed an update that should fix that. It declares compatibility with High Performance Order Storage.
