    Hi there,

    Ive added a new form for a new download, and since doing this all my download forms are responding with

    “Please make sure all fields are filled in correctly.”

    Ive disabled the plugin and then enabled it again, readded the files to each form with no luck.

    Any ideas?

    This could be caused by old cached JavaScript files. If you are using a caching plugin, you can try to purge the cache.
