    Your plugin is nice .
    But i am having an issue
    When i want to test it , when I enter my email address and check the privacy checkbox, then send submit, I get the error message that

    Please make sure all fields are filled in correctly.

    But aside from email and privacy check, there AREN’T any other fields (nor should there be).

    Am I doing something wrong here? Or is there a glitch somewhere?

    Hi,

    Nice to hear that you like our plugin.

    The hidden form field ‘file’ is also a required field. So if no download file is present, this message appears. If you select a download file and save the download form again, it should work.

    It is not possible to offer downloads without verification via email with our plugin.

    I inserted two downloads there and also added ‘files’ that are images .Now what i should do ?
    Only one thing i cannot understand is
    Download file No file selected [Select File]

    I tried many times to add file here but i could not.Dont know why ?
    how i can send you pic ?
    Or you need logins to fix this ?

    Hey, I had the same problem.

    After adding a PDF as Download file it worked.

    Well, if i select a ‘pdf’ file for download , it works but still i didn’t received the mail .
    And i don’t want a pdf to download , i want a ‘picture’ to download.
    Please do something about this

    You are right, there seems to be a bug. Selecting an image as download file is not working properly.

    We will resolve this with the next update.

    Is there a way i can remove checkbox of ‘I agree to privacy policy …………..’ ???

    No, this is not possible. It’s not recommended because data about the user is stored by our plugin, such as the IP address. The checkbox gives the possibility to inform users about how this data will be used.

    About using images as download files:
    It is not supported to use an image as a download file by our plugin to prevent conflicts with the media library. If you want to offer one or more images as download file, you can use a compressed .zip file that contains your image(s).

    About using checkboxes:
    Since version 2.0 you can enable/disable an optional checkbox (for marketing / integration Mailchimp / custom integrations via hook) and enable/disabe a required checkbox (for privacy policy). You can adjust the text of the checkboxes.

    Hi.
    Is there a way to insert a hyperlink in the preconfigured Success messages ?
    I want to make a download also available after the User inserted his E-Mail.
    I tried to insert the tag [download_after_email id=101]
    or a href=”https://domain/wp-content/uploads/uploads/”>TEXT</a
    But the plugin converts to normal text after saving.

    Hello,

    Just downloaded your plugin and trying to set it up.

    I seem to be having issues with the input box for people to add their emails to for download. When you ‘click’ to insert email address nothing is showing?
