PLEASE make NoFollow an option, not automatic

I respectfully request that you make the use of rel=”nofollow” on commenter’s URL links an OPTION that can be disabled (enabled by default is fine) in the Settings, so that we aren’t forced to use Plugins or continue to modify the core code when upgrading.

Akismet does a GREAT job of combating comment spam, and I (and many other blog owners) would like to stimulate comments by rewarding commenters with followable links….
