@carterlando thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you had issues with the Ad to Cart functionality on your website. Our team saw that this issue was reported in the support forum and we released a fix in our latest version earlier this week (Monday January 16) that resolved this issue for other users.
Please update to use the latest version of the Plugin (V1.0.15) to resolve the Add to Cart issue and let us know if you are still experiencing issues.
Note: The pixel that is installed on your website via the TikTok for WooCommerce plugin is the most advanced version of our TikTok pixel integration that includes a server to server pixel integration (Events API) so it will not show up on your browser based debugging tool. The Events API usually requires a developer to instrument, however the TikTok for WooCommerce Plugin enables key commerce events with one click allowing you to leverage our most advanced Pixel integration.
The events that are enabled after setup are the following:
- View Content
- Add to Cart
- Initiate Checkout
- Complete Payment
