Please load JS and CSS external resource from local

Our plugin doesn’t load those files from external sources. They are loaded locally.

I can see that this one is loaded from gstatic – I’ll ask developers if that can be changed to be loaded locally.

I gave another look and the select2 CSS file is indeed included within the plugin, but jquery-ui is being enqueued from the CDN link. As it’s been enqueued using the default WP functions, you should be able to dequeue this and enqueue your own local file.
What you’d need for dequeuing is the following line:
wp_dequeue_script( 'jquery-ui' );
then you’ll need to enqueue the same file from a local source. This can be placed inside a custom MU plugin in your local server, meaning in a PHP file located in the /wp-content/mu-plugins/ folder (just create the folder if it doesn’t exist already).
