please let me clarify the below points

I want to create an annual conference website of many countries and in this i have to manage the conference and its details.
Also there should be a section of login for the representatives from different countries in order to check the venue, their accommodation details, their seating arrangements, their travel facilities etc. is it possible to make these options by using this plugin.
