    Gutenberg is a terrible addition to WordPress, and is basically unusable for anything beyond simple pages.

    So converting this to ONLY Gutenberg will mean that many people will not be able to use it.

    Hi Norman,

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible for me to maintain both plugins due to time constraints. Since Gutenberg is now the default editor, it makes more sense for me to work on the plugin that integrates best with it.

    I appreciate the dilemma. And of course you have to do what’s best for your time constraints.

    But just FYI, many people are turning off Gutenberg because it breaks too much functionality. At least for now.
