PLEASE Just Tell Me How to Back to Version 1.3.88

  • New version crashes my site, this is really the worst update I ever had on WordPress.

    I have tried to back to UM 1.3.88, restore all file of my website and also MySQL database, but sadly it didn’t work. When I activate the UM 1.3.88 my site getting errors, I can’t access admin panel also the site not load properly from the frontend.

    I really desperate for this, it seems like the UM 2.0.X injected something into my site which makes it unable to go back to the previous version.

    To Ultimate Member founder, staff, support or whatever is, PLEASE Just Tell Me How to Back to Version 1.3.88

    Well I think your backup went wrong. Because when you did a full restore from an older backup, the new update should not cause an issue. Simply because the new update files are not there. My best advice check your hosting panel and try to do a full restore to an older version.

    I am having the same issue. Your update tried to install a second instance of Ultimate Member. And when I try to delete the old one and reinstall the updated version:

    @themedutch Your explanation makes sense, yes you right and I know it. But I do not understand why it not work, that’s the reason why am I confused.

    I have tried to restore again and again but still failed, can’t find what I’ve missed.

    That was happened to me too.. When I did the full rollback. I always find 2 ultimate member. the one is the 1.3.8.8 and the other is 2.04 and when I delete the 2.04 one, the both of it will be gone.. and I dont know how to get back like normal again.. Lets wait the support team to repair it all back like normal.
