error code using Visual composer from front end

  • Hi, please help, when trying to use visual composer from the front end all I get is a blank screen with this

    “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare layerslider_init() (previously declared in /var/sites/t/theorganicorchards.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/wp/shortcodes.php:6) in /var/sites/t/theorganicorchards.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/wp/shortcodes.php on line 47”

    Iam completly new to this and learning as I go!! how can I access or change settings to do this……..thank you in advance!

  • That error code shows a problem with the “LayerSlider” plugin – do you have access to your Dashboard? If so, try deactivating that plugin.

    Please update the Visual Composer plugin, this is fixed in 4.3.5 and will be included in 4.4(in nearest future).
