My aim is to show this at the top of each page (not on posts):

Last revised February 26, 2020.However, I have not been able to modify settings to achieve this. Currently I can only make this plugin show:

Currently I am using another plugin that has not been updated for six years. I would like to swap to “WP Last Modified Info” if I can find how to make it present what I want. I would appreciate if someone told me how I can also show first published by XXX and the date for first publication. Please help!

The name is “Post Author“. It works fine but has not been updated for 6 years. I contacted the author of that plugin but he has no time to update it. I think WP Last Modified can do the same but I have not been able to achieve it. I only use pages and not posts (the settings differs between pages and posts).
