Please Help with Link in Navigation that Leads Directly to Separate Page

1) Create a WordPress page that will be used only to add the tab to the navigation

2) Install this plugin and have the page you created in step1 link to the associates store URL

The plug-in worked great, but it took a day to actually appear on the dashboard. Strange, but it works great. The other idea, which looked like a javascript redirect script put into the header (I don’t know PHP or CSS yet, so forgive me if I’m off) also looks like a great idea for future reference.
