Please help with cloudflare Page rules and WC API

Hello! Please help with webhook\API issue.

I use cloudflare pro plan for one of two domains. But on pro plan WC dont fire webhooks and i can’t authorize on WC API.

but when I checked webhooks firing and WC API connection on free cloudflare domain plan – they work fine.

I checked this on full copy of site (I restored VM on Azure from backup for second domain).

If I understand correctly, I can add custom Page Rules on cloudflare Pro plan account for fix it, right?
If yes, what urls I need add?

p.s. for check webhook fires i use https://webhook.site , and when I created new webhook on woocommerce settings dashboard I see on this took new empty webhook with body []. but if I create order\update order new webhooks don’t send to this tool.

I install plugin – WP-Cron Events, and i see many lines like –

woocommerce_deliver_webhook_async

and warning – “There was a problem spawning a call to the WP-Cron system on your site. This means WP-Cron events on your site may not work. The problem was:
cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 3001 milliseconds”, and if understand correctly, this is DNS issue.

because i try check ‘curl -V’ on server console and they is work –
