Please help, when i click ‘Add notice’ the page that appears is blank

  • Please help,
    when i click ‘Add notice’ the page that appears (with end of URL path being ‘/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=br_notice’) is blank. And I therefore cannot create a notice.

    I am using wordpress.com, and the ‘Storefront’ theme.

    I already ticked ‘Use WC notices’ in General settings.
    I also tried by not ticking ‘Use WC notices’ and using only ‘Pages to display notices’ , and then tried to ‘Add notice’, but the problem persists.

    Hi,

    Blank page means that there is some critical error.

    Could you please check PHP errors log for critical or fatal errors? It can be found in the hosting settings.
