• We’ve been using the professional version of your app for maybe a year, but the last couple months can not send the notice we use it for. Usually, everything works great and thank you for the app.

    The message is:
    SMS was not delivered! results received: [HTTP 400] Unable to create record: A ‘To’ phone number is required.

    I feel like I’ve tried almost everything. If I cant send it today, That will be the second month of not being able to let people know about an event. We made no changes on our end that I’m aware of. The message isn’t even getting to twilio’s logs.

    When sending to a group, the numbers do not show up in the Send SMS logs. only the comma delimiter does, like “,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,”
    I’ve tried a single phone number instead of the groups, same error.
    I’ve tried creating new members in the group, same.
    I’ve tried formatting the numbers as 10 digit, and the international standard, and with dot delimiters.

    Hello Mostafa,

    Is there any chance you could give me a couple suggestions?
    I have not heard back from the person who initially set that account up, as far as login credentials go. I’m not positive he’s going to respond, and we haven’t been able to send this text reminder for two monthly meetings now.
