Please help – some parents not showing

I’m using the Accordion Widget in the left sidebar. All is good when I’m logged in on WordPress backend. When I log out and visit the website, 2 product parent categories vanish and their children show at the bottom of the menu (after “Contact”).
I guess this is a JQuery issue?
