    Hello,

I am having trouble solving an issue with what seems to be my WooCommerce Plugin on the WooCommerce Checkout Page. For some reason grey boxes or blocks appear around the Checkout Page not sure if it’s a CSS code issue within the stylesheet.

    Screenshot of the issue below:
    https://app.box.com/s/oyhtk9hgom1pts3yqbox82z58u80jxsr

I disabled all plugins as mentioned except for WooCommerce.
It seems to be related to our use of the Twenty-Twenty Theme. When
switching to the new Twenty-Twenty One Theme the issue is resolved.

To be clear, we do not want to use the Twenty-Twenty One Theme because I have a specific aesthetic I am already happy with, with the Twenty-Twenty Theme.
We tried doing a fresh install of the original Twenty-Twenty Theme and even used a plugin on our staging site to clear the database and it still was not resolved.

We also installed the Twenty-Twenty Theme and WooCommerce on a completely separate WordPress account just to test and the issue was not present, so clearly it is related to the specifics of the Twenty-Twenty Theme on this particular WordPress account including our staging site.

Please note, WooCommerce was updated and the issue still persists.

  • I don’t see this with Twenty-Twenty on my site. Please could you post the address of your site so the markup and styles can be examined with browser tools.
