    Hello dear forum,
I’m having trouble embedding a “Load More” button via the “WOOCOMMERCE LOAD MORE PRODUCTS” plugin from BeRocket.

Unfortunately, I can not successfully integrate the plugin for 3 days. It is not displayed in my store.

Yesterday I noticed that it seems to be due to the Divi theme I use, because when I change the theme, the plugin works immediately. To narrow down the error I have gradually deactivated all other plugins and reset all settings known to me. Furthermore, I have deleted or disabled all scripts for testing purposes. The plugin just does not want to work.

Subsequently, I created a blank page each (only with products, about 500 pieces) via Divi and Gutenberg. Unfortunately, the plugin is not displayed on the websites. It does not seem to be due to the editor. The plugin is not displayed on either site. As I said, if I change the theme to default “Twenty Twenty-One”, the plugin works immediately and the button is displayed. The website is now back to normal and all the necessary settings are set again.

Can you please help me troubleshoot and fix this? Alternatively, do you have a tip which plugin works very well with Divi for my use case? Normal pagination with page numbers is also possible. I have tried all plugins, including PageNavi.

    Below is some info:
The plugin “WOOCOMMERCE LOAD MORE PRODUCTS” from BeRocket is currently activated.

    Websites to test

    Test Gutenberg https://magicmomentsonline.de/test-gutenberg2/

Many thanks and greetings from Germany.

    Hello,

Plugin work only if page has default WooCommerce pagination, before you activate our plugin.

First of all please try to disable plugin and check that page has pagination, because it seems default pagination not displayed on the page.

    Hello Oleg,

    Thanks for your answer.
The default pagination is enabled as far as I know, but I had hidden it via Divi. I have now added it back and unfortunately the button is still not displayed.

As already written, the plugin works when I switch from Divi to the default theme. I already contacted Elegant Themes and they told me to contact BeRocket. That’s why I’m trying it here in the forum.

Do you have any more tips for me?

I would like to purchase the plugin as a Pro version as I like it a lot, however it needs to work first.

    Greetings,
    Stefan

    Hello Stefan,

I did change Produktanzahl to 25 and it is working as it should. Why do you have 99 products on first page load? Did you change settings/add custom code/some plugin?

    Hello Dmytro,

thank you for dealing with my problem.

I have set 99 products so that the buyer scrolls for a long time and does not bounce so quickly. However, this only makes sense if there is no “Load More” button.

Apparently at the exact time you were testing my site, I was able to use Elegant Themes to solve the problem. That’s why you could see the button.

And what was it? It’s always the one sitting in front of the screen. In this case it is me. I actually didn’t have pagination enabled in Divi.

    Very embarrassing.

    Thanks for the help anyway.
