Please help – payment offered

If anyone can help us get contact form 7 working correctly, we are happy to pay.

Tried all plugins deactived
Tried on default theme

Since our redesign contact form 7 doesnt redirect – it just refreshes the page with the unique identifier at the end of the url being added.

All required files are in header.php
Functions.php has been copied from our live site (where it works) and still doesn’t work.

it seems “on_sent_ok” is dead for our install.

Please help urgently – payment offered for quick assistance. We’ve previously donated too, so pretty let down that no support is being offered to our first and only issue ??
