  • hi dear, wow so fast responses, much thanks to you both!

    @chriscolston

    1. All categorie names are exactly the same, I’ve controlled.
    2. I’ve pictures, they are 3000px or higher, I’ve never had problems with them. For beeing sure, I’m tried this, all picutres that I’ve in the file (url’s) reduced to 700px or less. Same issue coming.

    @ranjith

    Columns per import:
    I’ve tried this solutions, but it stopping all the times.

    proper slug:
    I’ve controlled them, no issues founding. All slugs are correct.

    @allaerd
    you are the creator of your plugin, please write some solutions here in it.. I’ve written you some mails but no answer.

    Someone else some ideas?

    Some other CSV-Import-Plugins they really can handle this and have a support, how give some answers? allaerd isn’t really communicative in this way..

    addendum

    The same csv-file, I used and work without any problems, gives me now the issue-message.

    So I calculate, the file should not be the problem, because it function some days ago.

    So it must be an change somewhere in the background, that makes an issue.

    I tried to clean the meta-data’s and so on but the issue is still coming again and again.

    @gcmarius
    There are definite flaws in the plugin and errors are not being recorded in the JavaScript console as they should, I agree support is certainly weak. If you have a sandbox environment, try importing column by column, it was the only way I could narrow down the problem and find a solution.

    Someone should also set this issue to ‘unresolved’

    Still having this same problem. Annoying especially as we bought the addons and are not recieveing any emails from the developer :/

    Can’t even upload 1 product anymore. I don’t think this plugin works with the latest WordPress update.

    Anyone else having this problem?

    enable debug and check your javascript console. Most of the times another plugin is causing issues or your header does not match your CSV file any more!

    @allaerd

    The Plugin(with addons or without) sems to work fine with new WP. Tested on it a clean Site and at one with tons of Plugins.

    You will get only an Error if you writting some colums or rows wrong in your CSV so for me this is the only Error i had found so far.

    @others

    Check out your Server error_log or post the latest few rows here.

    Kind Regards
