  • Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Nothing in the last few releases of our plugin could cause such an unexpected drop do I suspect it has something to do with your feed configuration.

    Do you have filters/rules in place? If so, can you share a screenshot of those?

    No, we didn’t change any settings or add any filter.
    We only refresh the feed every few days and upload it manually to google merchants.

    In the “All Products” tab in Google Merchants, we can see that total products are 11.5K !!!

    Like mentioned, we did not make any change to the plugin that causes drops in product numbers in feeds. We never do.

    Please share the plugin debug.log URL with us. This is how you can retrieve it:

    It seems, the number of active products increases slowly ??

    Thanks for this, I had a look at your debug.log and notice no fluctuations in the products in your feed. See:

    [30 Sep 2021 07:46] => 11186
    [30 Sep 2021 19:47] => 11229
    [01 Oct 2021 07:44] => 11238
    [01 Oct 2021 19:45] => 11233
    [02 Oct 2021 07:45] => 11258
    [02 Oct 2021 19:45] => 11303
    [03 Oct 2021 07:46] => 11331
    [03 Oct 2021 14:04] => 11383
    [03 Oct 2021 19:46] => 11383
    [04 Oct 2021 07:50] => 11409
    [04 Oct 2021 16:50] => 11457
    [04 Oct 2021 18:47] => 12978
    [04 Oct 2021 19:44] => 12978
    [04 Oct 2021 20:18] => 12978
    [05 Oct 2021 06:17] => 12978`

    So as you ca see it has been really consistent and is slowly increasing over the days.

    What I do not understand is that in your Google Merchant Center graph you show a graph that indicates you had over 1 million products in your merchant center? Where did those products came from as they have never been in the feed?

    It seems the data of all of our products changed and because of this google marked almost all of our products as “Updated (edited)” !!!! So, In this case google won’t show them until they check all of our products ! But the question is, we didn’t change our previous products, so why google marked them as “Updated (edited)”
    Regarding your question: We have several country of sell and because of this the number of our products showed over 1 million.

    But the question is, we didn’t change our previous products, so why google marked them as “Updated (edited)”

    –> we don’t know. All the plugin does is retrieve products from WooCommerce and puts them in your feed. The plugin obviously doesn’t make a change to products itself.

    My problem was solved but it was because of your Plugin. Please fix it.
    I tried several times to refresh the productfeed to solve this problem !
    It seems, sometimes your plugin can’t generate the feed correctly and because of this google removed my products ! After several times the problem was solved.
