Please help me with some small changes

Hi Guys!

Thanks for the great plugin! It works great, I just need some small changes, please help me with:

1. I would like to translate it into German, how can I do that?

2. When you click “Submit Feature”, a pop-up window appears, I don′t need “description” as a mandatory field, how can I achieve this?

3. I don′t want to display the fields “Feature tags” and “Select file to upload”. How can I remove these fields?

4. If someone posts an idea, you can click the title to get to the detailed page, I don′t need this function, how can I make the title not clickable?

5. Under the title is “No comment”, how can I hide it without also hide the category?

6. In the “Status of feature” drop-down menu you can choose between “All”, “Open”, “Approve”, “Completed”, “Decline”. I only use the status “Approve” and “Decline”, how can I delete the remaining?

7. At the moment, only 10 ideas are displayed. I’ve read that can be set in the Dashboard under “Settings> Read”, so I set to display max. 100 blogpages and now 100 ideas are displayed, but this is not the optimal solution.
I’d like to show all ideas without restriction and after 25 ideas the user can swith to the 2,3,4,5,6… page. Could you say me how to do it please?
