[NSFW] Please, help me with Ad inseter

Good morning, I explain my problem:
I have placed some ads correctly (or so I thought) with ad inserter. But they only appear in some posts. Example: In this url, they do appear: https://coltblogs.com/in-massachusetts-problem-gambling-meets-public-health/ , but in this one they do not: https://coltblogs.com/kdhe-naloxone-shipment -deployed-in-saline-county/ . Apparently it only happens with PC. I would greatly appreciate your help. Greetings, have a good day.
