Please help me to restore backup for my blog…

Yesterday I took backup for my blog. Today my blog is missing some file, I don’t know why. It is not loading. You can see the situation here https://www.blogdips.com/
So on my hand I have a backup file only. But I don’t know to restore this file.
To generate this backup I don’t have used any plugin, I just manually generated the backup by login my cpanel and then clicking “Download or Generate a Full Website Backup”.
After extract I see the files size is 64.8 MB! But on previous the full blog took only 43 MB. Now if the backup is 65 MB so I can’t think it is only backup file. There may many unnecessary files I guess.

Just please suggest me how I can backup this file. Before backup do I need to delete my total public html folder? Or how can I backup my file? Please suggest me.
