Please help me to add Picture and Map!!

I have a website:

For each mountain trip I give
a) a picture from the trip:

b) a map over the area:
https://www.krovoll.net/Snillfjordkart/storlifjellkart.JPG
and
c) a wordpress log:
https://www.krovoll.net/wordpress/2006/11/22/storlifjellet-321-moh-21-november-2006/a) and b) will dissapear as I go new trips, I have no where to put them (yet)
Please help me — how can I put the map and picture in the wordpress log??
