    when i’m continue , login with useername and password that program provide:

    username “admin” and
    password “669d4c”

    it’s show

    https://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/

    and list of file and directory, not show posting page … why , please help me for this problem…

    This is a local installation? What web server? “inetpub\wwwroot” makes me a little scared that it’s IIS..

    The error is pretty self-explanatory, WP can’t create the directory specified there.

    For me, it turned out that it was indeed IIS – working on a client site with no control panel access, since moved hosting providers and have not encountered this issue since!
