Please help me!!! Featured Images always cropped!!!

  • Hi,

    Hoping someone can help me. My featured images are cropped and I have tried everything at this stage.

    -I have checked/unchecked box under media settings to crop to exact dimension.
    -Installed post thumbnail editor and tried all settings

    Please help as I am going crazy at this stage!

    As far as I can see, the images on your Home page are not the right size. They should be:
    550x309px
