Please help me FATAL ERROR!

  • Hi there,

    I need help urgently! I have a page running on WP: https://www.amazoniaaccessories.com. I just run a upgrade to all my plugins and now I just get a page with this message:

    Fatal error: Call to a member function get_blog_prefix() on a non-object in /home/amazoni3/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/wpsc-core/wpsc-functions.php on line 1668

    Please I have no idea what to do and how to fix it! I am actually not so good at this. I would really appreciate any help I can get to get my website running again!.

  • Your wp e-commerce plugin flaked out (If you have access to your admin area, just log in and delete the plugin)

    If not, If your host has a file manager (most do) where you can log on to manipulate files, you will need to go there and go to the:

    wp-content folder, then the plugins folder — delete or rename the wp-e-commernce plugin to let yourself back in

    If your host does not have a file manager, you will need to learn about using FTP to do the same
