    Hello,
I have been using this plugin since 2015. It’s really a helpful plugin. But nowadays I have to face some problems with this plugin. The problem is when resetting our dashboard, the whole database is being removed.
    Thanks

    Hi,
This is the first time we’ve heard of this problem.
If you’re referring to custom WP tables (ones besides the default WP tables) – they should be removed, as it’s described in the detailed table above the reset tool, in the plugin. But the whole database should not be removed.

It’s probably an incompatibility with the server/hosting you’re using.
