PLEASE HELP ME!!!

this is the error i get! i have done!! everything it says in the manual installation!!!!

Are you sure it exists?
Your database name is currently specified as bek03_wordpress. Is this correct?
On some systems the name of your database is prefixed with your username, so it would be like username_wordpress. Could that be the problem?

the DB is running DB name is ok i think my MySQL is fine!! all the version are fine! but i don’t understand! it seem it can establish a connection to the data base!! how can i fix this!! please let me know!! and thanks for your time!!!!!!
