Hello, I am using a modified form of the Kubrick theme – I want to change the blog title font color and also the background colors if possible (blog title font color is the priority for now). I have tried making changes to the style sheet below – NOTHING IS HAPPENING! The blog does not register the changes. Can someone please take a look and try to help me? THANK YOU !!

  • there is no use in posting long style files – does not help.
so there is a style.css – how is anyone supposed to see if its changes are applied to the site?
you have not even mentioned where you changed what – i assume you want to change the color of h1 a {} which is the linked blog title.

be aware that browsers have an internal cache where they hold on to ‘old’ style information.
to see changes made to style.css of your theme, you need to refresh this browser cache by pressing CTRL and F5 at the same time, or by pressing the reload button of the browser.

you could also post a link to your site where the ‘problem’ can be seen, and describe in more detail what you changed in style.css, so someone might have a look at it.
it is easy to view the style.css from a live site.
